1. DEFINITIONS
Consumer – any natural person acting for purposes outside their business or professional activity, in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act.
Newsletter – a free service provided electronically, consisting of sending promotional and informational content to the Client’s email address.
Store – the online store operated under the domain: www.michaelserge.co.uk.
Service Provider – BM ALBIN POPŁAWSKI, ul. Sucha 172, 66-004 Zielona Góra, Poland, VAT: PL9261565906.
Client – any individual who subscribes to the Newsletter.
2. NEWSLETTER SERVICE

Subscribing to the Newsletter is voluntary. 
- 
To use the service, a device with an internet connection, updated web browser, JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an active email address is required. 
- 
Newsletter emails will be sent to the email address provided by the Client during sign-up. 
- 
By subscribing, the Client enters into a service agreement with the Service Provider. 
- 
The Client is responsible for providing a valid and current email address. 
- 
Each email will contain an unsubscribe link. 
- 
The Client may unsubscribe at any time free of charge, either by using the link or emailing shop@michaelserge.com. 
- 
Unsubscribing immediately terminates the service. 
3. COMPLAINTS
- 
Complaints regarding the Newsletter should be directed to shop@michaelserge.com. 
- 
Complaints will be reviewed within 14 business days. 
Alternative Dispute Resolution: Consumers may use EU dispute resolution services:

Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr 
4. PERSONAL DATA
- 
The data controller is the Service Provider. 
- 
Data is processed to provide the Newsletter service. 
- 
Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(b) – contract, and Article 6(1)(f) – legitimate interests. 
- 
Data provision is voluntary but necessary to receive the service. 
- 
Data is stored until: - 
the Client unsubscribes, 
- 
the period for legal claims expires, 
- 
or an objection is accepted (if based on legitimate interest). 
 
- 
Client rights include:
- 
Access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, 
- 
Data portability, 
- 
Objection to processing (Article 21 GDPR). 
Complaints can be submitted to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
5. FINAL PROVISIONS
- 
The Service Provider may amend these Terms for significant reasons, such as: - 
legal changes 
- 
technical upgrades 
 
- 
- 
Clients will be notified at least 7 days prior via email. 
- 
Continued use without objection constitutes acceptance. 
- 
Objection results in immediate termination of the service. 
- 
Unlawful content is prohibited. 
- 
The service contract is concluded in English. 
- 
Disputes with non-consumers fall under the jurisdiction of the Polish courts at the Service Provider’s seat.
